I used them for a while earlier this year. When the service worked it was pretty good. When they did have problems their support staff we next to impossible to reach. Once I called their 800 support line only to find that it was also down. My DID was down due to the fact that their entire network was down...including their own lines. Eventually I switched to other providers. Nufone is very good. Clearpath is excellent. Both are a little difficult to reach, but have very reliable networks.
