The 2nd gen firmware has field-upgradeability. The 1st gen firmware does not, unfortunately. There is not currently any 3rd gen firmware, but when there is, you'll be able to do it yourself :-)

we've got a number of TE410P 1st gen firmware cards. could we send them in to digium for a firmware upgrade ? the cards were purchased in october 2004 from atp in melbourne.
