Are there a SIP standard to transmit flash? For instance I would like to send a SIP message indicating to a FXO gateway to apply a flash for transfer. In RFC 2833 page 11, in DTMF Events, the table show that DTMF 16 (decimal) is used for flash. Can I use this?
