We like the IPDialog SIPTone phones. http://www.ipdialog.com/ They are not the most impressive looking phones, but are of good quality and at $189 retail, are priced competitively. I will have our first shipment of the new SIPTone II phones in stock on Friday. They improve upon the original SIPTone by adding multiple line appearances and a number of other features.
