It's possible to do point to point but not point to multipoint. I tried to get development for this some time ago and no one responded, check out my Video Conference Bounty on www.voip-info.org, since then we have developed our own solution that we have decided to market, it will cost $2,000 for up to 10 users that uses the Macromedia communications server.
