Hello, The 5 exchange lines I assume they are analogic. For them you will need 5 FXO ports. You can buy a TDM04B and a TDM01B (this will get you to the 5 FXO). Make sure you have 2 PCI slots available. Now for the extensions you need - IP Phones or - ATAs (if you want to reuse your analog phones) IP Phones you can buy from different companies. I like Aastra, Polycom... For ATAs I like Linksys PAP2.
