i was not able to start recording

i have pap2 box as clients and the dial plan of pap2 is as bellow

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

can you suggest if this is causing the problem
