I'm using the Eicon Diva Server V-4BRI (~$2,200 each). They are awesome. Onboard hardware echo cancellation, native CAPI drivers for Linux (source available) and chan_capi compatibility. They can do both NT and TE mode, so you can use them to connect to legacy BRI PBXs as well.
