Has anyone built a stable server with 64bit Centos? If so, which Kernel?
Yup. I have Asterisk 1.2.5 with freePBX 2.0.1 running on CentOS 4.3 x86_64 (2.6.9-34.ELsmp). Note that CentOS 4.3 has the same spinlock.h bug as RHEL4 Update 3, so you'll need to take that into account when compiling Zaptel. Otherwise, it all works like a charm.
I use the Eicon Diva V-4BRI cards (with Eicon DIVAS4LINUX built from Source) and chan_capi-cm 0.6.1.
Hope that helps, Avi -- National Manager - Special Projects < Sydney / Melbourne / Canberra / Hobart / London /> 2/340 Gore Street T: +61 (0) 3 9486 0411 Fitzroy, VIC F: +61 (0) 3 9486 0611 3065 W: http://www.squiz.net/ .....>> Open Source - Own it - Squiz.net ...../> _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- Asterisk-Users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
