What firewall was the problem user running? We have Polycoms behind Linux, Mikrotik, Linksys, Dlink, Netgear, etc all without any problems.

I send Polycoms to our remote users and usually have no problems behind NAT, but one user had so much trouble we had to move the Polycom outside the firewall and use the passt hrough to connect the firewall. If you can proscribe a M0n0wall firewall box you can handle any NAT problems but if you are stuck using some funky $50 firewall/router, chances are you will have problems. -- Chris Mason NetConcepts -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- Asterisk-Users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- Asterisk-Users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
