A simple solution is to just edit/remove some of the voice prompts that announce the unwanted options, so the user will not be informed about their existence. > Also I want to know if there is a option that erase all message in a user box. You can create that yourself outside of the voicemail application with the appropriate voice prompt and e.g. a simple shell script.
