Hi,
Just a little question about agents and queues,
I created different types of queues and I log agents using the manager
api ( agentcallbacklogin )
with a context depending on the queue they are logged.
1) Is there a way to get the agent id asterisk is calling in the context
I specified using agentcallbacklogin ?
2) How can I know in this context the UNIQUEID of the caller ? as I need
to tell to the agents some vars about the client they are answering...
