Has somebody done that with a Grandstream GXP-2000 or a BudgetTone 100/101 ?
Has somebody even a list which SIP phones have this funtion?

It's called "hotline" or Private Line Auto Ringdown (PLAR). SIP: It's a function of the phone, look for "hotline" in phone docs Zap: immediate=yes, runs exten => when phone is picked up Cisco and others: Look up PLAR
