I have mine working w/o the tftp server running on my * machine.  I just set
the dhcpd option for the tftp server to the ip addr of my * machine.

This is just `SEP` . mac address

I had to put this in to get the voice to go from the 7960 to *:
bindaddr = 192.168.254.179      ; Address to bind to
