Well, if that weren't an analog card, I'd say it sounded like clock slip. It could be digital clipping/overdrive; you might check your gains. You have FXS, FXO, and SIP channels, there; which combinations cause the clicking in the transmit audio? Does it happen from FXS to FXO? SIP to FXO? SIP to SIP? How frequently, and how regularly, are the ticks? How loud? How sharp? Can you call someone with audio experience to describe them to you?
