It's only *remotely* possible if everything's G.711 all the way through, I think. If there are any analog transitions in the middle (and possibly even if there aren't) you won't get anything over 33k6bps, and probably less than that. *Any* phase non-coherence will break anything faster than 202/212, I'm pretty sure.
