Unfortunately that didn't work. I think my problem is that I don't have G729 installed. I haven't purchased a license for it. I see this:
[format_g729.so] => (Raw G729 data) but of course it can't translate is what the error is from. So what I'm trying to figure out is why FWD on * requires G729, but not on SJPhone or X-Lite.
