Hi Mike, Sounds like you're having about the same problem Giorgio and I are having. I'd be really surprised if you don't start having the same problem from SIP-SIP calls to. I also have a Sangoma card, and originally thought it was only on calls coming from a PRI. But as time has moved forward, the issue really appears to be between the Polycoms and Asterisk.
The next time it happens, try hitting a digit (like 5) on the polycom and see if the audio becomes available.
