vZapHFC is Daniele "Vihai" Orlandis take on ZapHFC. However over the time Daniele decided that he needs to V a bigger target and started vISDN. vZapHFC is now maintained by Jens Wilke. Though appears nowhere on his homepage ( http://wilke.org/jens/ ).
