Well, isnt this just a simple calculation? Do a record of one of your lines for about a minute. Look at the size of the created file and divide the kb by 60 and multiply by 20 and you have an first overview about how much data will get written down to harddisk per second. But I think you should be fairly well if you use state-of-the-art server disks. They should be fast enough for this.
