Send PRI calls to the context 'pri' (context=pri in zapata.conf), define
an IAX peer to connect to the new box in iax.conf (say, [newboxpeer]),
and use something along the lines of:
[pri]
exten => ._,1,Dial(IAX2/newboxpeer/${EXTEN})
