long as 9 was your outside digit.
I use the NoOP to help me out with the CLI and debugging :)

I can´t rely figure out how to block for only one extension.
Eg. Extension 209 need to be blocked from making
calls starting with 070 (eg. 9070).
Some clues did I get bout would it men a new form-internal-blocked dialplan?
