Should be 16 bit, 8Khz, not 8 bit. However, your point stands, that it should be able to use 44.1Khz instead of 8Khz. The problem is, there is still quite a bit of work to support larger sample rates without simply doing passthrough. If I remember correctly, someone did have a patch and a bit of work done for 1.2. Maybe this made it into 1.4? - -- Cheers, Matt Riddell _______________________________________________ http://www.sineapps.com/news.php (Daily Asterisk News - html) http://wap.sineapps.com (Daily Asterisk News for your cellphone) http://feeds.feedburner.com/AsteriskNews (Daily Asterisk News - rss) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFoWeVS6d5vy0jeVcRAqx0AJ41+MMCToCDRvTUrJBipwKoyqdj6QCfeEuG 3INcPOyOmwAbBoNJMNQ8ku4= =Nm2h -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
