I certainly don't see such a feature documented at the moment. You may have some luck if you create a custom feature in features.conf that executes the MeetMe UnMute command if a certain key sequence if pressed. Not sure how that would work though, just dumping random thoughts really. http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+MeetMe whould be a good starting place for further reading and ideas.
