But the problem with that is the user then hears dial tone. And if they hang up the line it rings them back... The only way I have been able to get anything like what I want is, to push flash then the hold button... That is not the exact motion I want a user to go through. If there is a way to signal the hold button in ADSI that would work.. Cause then I could request a flash then hold sequence and then to take them off hold, I could just do the opposite sequence.....
