Best way I found to do this.... I wrote a quick bash script that takes an ip address and runs that command. Then if your phones are in an ip range, you can say something like....
for i in `seq 194 197`; do /usr/sbin/sipReboot 192.168.101.$i; done That will reboot 192.168.194 thru 197.
