A quick question on queues in Asterisk, if you specify a specific resource as a queue member (i.e. member => SIP/40 say) is it automatically a member of the queue without having to specifically log on via AgentLogin stuff?
I under stand if you specify something like member => Agent/100 you then have to go through the login process (or AgentLoginCallback). If an Agent logs in, can a voice mailbox be assigned to an agent?
