No IVR anywhere. Later I found rfc2833compensate. Setting this to yes helps so that I can talk to voicemail, but still no IVR outside asterisk. I changed my outgoing calls to my FXO port and IVR works fine there, so I presume my voip provider is to blame.

I have asterisk 1.4.2
