I couldn't agree more - ask most people and they say they buy from the big boys (IBM, Cisco, M$, etc) because of the way they know a big company will stand behind their products, support them, make things right with a problem, etc. How many of these people have actually tried to deal with those companies when there is a problem ? The larger the company the worse it is to find someone intelligent enough to understand what you are talking about and not just regurgitate the tech support mantra, and then to actually listen and solve the problem instead of just saying something like well if it is not affecting 10000 customers we don't touch it. You want to hear horror stories ? Do a search on trying to licence lzw from unisys for GIF. (and I thought they centered us out till I read what others put up with). > _______________________________________________ > Asterisk-Users mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users > _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
