That is correct, & also chan_zap.c rev 1.47 seems to have resolved as of today

This is a resend - customer complains that some phone systems they call don't respond to key tones, please advise.

Some commercial systems don't hear the tones dialed from an analog handset, same call is OK from cisco 7940 or sjphone. Calls are placed through asterisk T1 card w/12x12 carrier access channel bank, various analog sets.
