If I understand the command correctly, the pickup you would need to initiate for this would be picking up the 't' extension. Instead of writing 't' like that, I would use a go to: exten => t,1,Goto([some context],[some extension],1) Then, your pickup would be picking up [some extension]. Ex.: exten => t,1,Goto(internal,100,1) your pickup command would be: exten => _*8XXX,1,Pickup(${EXTEN:2}) and then you would enter *8100 to pickup the ringing caller.
