ZAP/G1 will dial starting from channel 1. ZAP/R1 will dial starting from the last channel of the group.
Pablo, please tell us what version of Linux and which distribution are you using. Maybe for the time being try the stock asterisk of your distro or the one they provide in the buildservice?
