I forgot to answer your other question. I don't have the pin outs, but the way cisco proprietizes the POE injector involves reversing the polarity carried on the cable. Literally, two pins are switched going into and coming out of the POE injetcor. You could use a cisco poe injector with 2 custom Ethernet cables that crossover those two pins to correct the polarity difference. You should be able to figure out which pins cisco uses with a cheap amp meter form radioshack.
