I have managed to connect this device to my asterisk box, but it is giving me a bit of a hard time. I can call other extensions from this box, but I am not able to call this one. It seems to permanently remain engaged. When I dial it, this is the message I get. Is there a know issue in this regard? What can I do to test the actual current status of the line?
