Hi, I am using asterisk 1.4.19, my requirement is to find out which agents were ringed by the queue when a call is abandoned (or connected) in a call center. While this information is available in parts in queue_logs and cdr, there is no way to correlate this information. For example this is the queue_log entries for a call that was abandoned

Also missing in the cdr is the entry for the call coming in. ie record if the call from the customer to the callcenter. This entry is present when the call is completed.
