I have never seen a variant which does not set bits AB in 10 for IDLE and 11 for BLOCKED. Most variants differ in the MF tones used, not on the R2 bits. Which telco is this and which country? you used Argentina, are you there? I am willing to troubleshoot your box if you give me access.
