Overkill to install and maintain (if we can get a simpler solution) I am not agreed on point 2: If I understood how to install opensips + heartbeat WITHOUT knowing any program (opensips ? heartbear ?) or programming language(hell yes!) in a week ( just knew what's invite and bye ;) a more aware IT professional could do it in 2 days
