I've got SIP load SIP41.8-4-1S running w/o problems in a stable environment.

At least that has been my experience with my 7960. Others can probably provide a sample of the remaining files. So far I have been unable to go beyond version 7 firmware, as it is unhappy with the XML file when trying to move to version 8.
