I have a Sangoma b600de analog card using dahdi 2.1.0.4 and I get the following results (same dialplan, config etc):
Asterisk 1.6.0.1 => works fine Asterisk 1.6.0.9 => can't dial out unless I dial in once or apply patch >>>==> http://bugs.digium.com/print_bug_page.php?bug_id=14577 Asterisk 1.6.1.0 => can't dial out, regardless of patch or inbound call first. Asterisk incorrectly thinks the line is congested. Anyone else experiencing this?
