I have a T100P connected to an xspedius T1. We occasionally have calls disconnect. I just ran zttool and I get Tx/Rx Levels as 0/2.
My zaptel.conf has --> span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs I can switch out the T100P and see what happens and report back.
