In a local network, an asterisk with 30 phones. For external call, there is a few ITSP. When internet connection lagged (ping as 1800 ms) the internal phones also lagged. ITSP and phones are then UNREACHABLE. If it restart asterisk (always with the internet connection lagged), the ITSP does no register (normal) but internal phones does no register also ... During asterisk start, module chan_sip is sufficiently long to load. Do you have an idea ?
