Yes sir. Even upgraded to Cisco UC 7.0 and still works great with Asterisk 1.4.23.
For me, I only had to change one thing. On the Cisco side, confirm the SIP Trunk Security Profile has the Incoming Transport Type as TCP+UDP and Outgoing Transport Type as UDP. On the Asterisk side, a basic "type=friend" setup.
