Assuming you're using POTS, you probably won't have much luck with this. If you are calling yourself, you can do Dial(DAHDI/8c/3602045,20) and asterisk won't process the line until you pick up and punch a dtmf key. If you are using E1 or PRI, there is more hope for you.
