If these are "short" recordings (less than 60 seconds), I would do something like this: Exten => 1234,1,playback(intromessage) Exten => 1234,2,record("/tmp/filex.gsm") Exten => 1234,3,MYSQL( write /tmp/filex as a blob into a record) Refer to this link also http://www.bigresource.com/MYSQL-Audio-Files-in-BLOB-egyxueFP.html
