If its asking you for the mailbox, then the ${MAILBOXID}@${MAILBOXCONTEXT}
values aren't correct.
Use the CLI to debug and make sure ${MAILBOXID}@${MAILBOXCONTEXT} is correct
and the mailbox exists.
