I think you'll have to be more specific in posting *exactly* what problems occur.
Although I haven't got OS X I've been running asterisk on an old Mac for longer than I can remember - so there aren't that many issues once the software is built. Post the logs of the build process and one of the chaps that has OS X will probably put you right.
