That's the point ! I've read here and there some bluetooth headsets are able to be paired with several devices at the same time. What I have in mind is to pair a single (bluetooth) headset with both a deskphone and a DECT handset, giving agents more mobility (with a DECT headset alone, you can answer/hangup but cannot transfer or proceed with other telephony operations). > > We install GN9330e to our customers (as well as use them in the office), > they are happy with.
