Notching may not be that effective, as it will not deal with the

Can you read? ALL PHONE CALLS ARE FILTERED HARD BELOW 300Hz. THAT IS HOW
ALL TELEPHONY HAS WORKED SINCE THE TIME OF ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL.
