This may sound silly but how can I say to asterisk that new number have been dialed and that it has to treat these as a new extension ?
I mean: I have received a call, and now I want that asterisk execute the command, by example call forwarding, recording... that I can do when I dial a precise extension ...
What do I have to do ? Asterisk "see" the digits, but never uses them as an extension...
