Instructions for generating a backtrace are on the Asterisk wiki: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace Make sure you have DONT_OPTIMIZE and, preferably, BETTER_BACKTRACES selected in menuselect.
